Wetsuit Tip: Sometimes we are genuinely anxious about the swim leg in a triathlon. And sometimes we make it even worse because our wetsuit is stiff and tight. Try a short swim in your wetsuit the day before a race if it tends to go through long periods of ‘drought’…or if not then soak it in the bath. In my experience, this can do wonders for the mobility of the suit the next day.
