“What’s the session tomorrow, guys?
I’ll be doing a 2h ride on the indoor trainer before the kids wake up, as follows;
Warm up 15min very easy
45min Basic Endurance effort
2 x 15min Sub-AT effort (70.3) as; 10min at 65-70rpm/5min race cadence….15min basic endurance between each.
Continuing at Basic Endurance effort
It’s a while until my next race so this session will keep tapping on systems that I want to train, without being too stressful in terms of the quantity-of-quality that is included.
