The nutrition lab comprises of meals, recipes, drinks, and many other nutrition guides that will help you in your triathlon training, racing, and recovery. This has been put together by our chief nutrition expert Kaisa Jakobsen who has a M.D. in Sport & Science as well as a Cert. in Sports Nutrition Specialist.
But it is Kaisa’s experience over the years with nutrition that counts. Not only is Kaisa a supreme athlete herself, but she trains many athletes who use her nutrition guides.
