All Club members are entitled to FREE access to our library of training sessions.
The Sansego Club focuses on four key areas: Education...Interaction...Support...Community.
The Club aims to provide members with the latest information on triathlon performance related topics. We share our knowledge, experience and strategies enabling Club members to achieve their training, racing or lifestyle goals. We also always strive to make the journey more rewarding and fun.
When you join the Sansego Club, you get: -
- access to Craig, the coaches and an engaged community of like-minded members in the forum, to discuss topics from training and racing to strength/conditioning and nutrition.
- a library of 9 training sessions (3swim/3 bike/3 run) that cover the different elements of endurance training (speed, strength, aerobic conditioning, recovery, technique) and are applicable to athletes of every level. These can be incorporated into your weekly training routine.
- Sansego partner discounts (Trimtex, Argon18, Sailfish, Koda, Hyperice).
- Weekly Club group Zwift ride led by Craig
- Weekly focus training session (Workout of the Week)
- NOTE: Minimum 4 month joining period applies to Club Membership.
