This session is called the Sansego TRX!
– When you take 2 of you 4 fix points (2 hands 2 feet or knee) and put into the hanging TRX, you create instability in your body.
– When you use your core to make it stable, you get a very effective training of your core.
– What is your core? It is the section of your body, that connects your upper body and lover body, and the muscles that is in this area.
– The most core power with short time invested.
– Do the training, that will help in your swim, bike and run.
– With a strong core, you will keep your movements in the swim, bike and run, in a more efficient and correct way, and for a longer time.
