A note while traveling

travelTo minimise the effects of air travel, stay as hydrated as possible, lower your caffeine intake during the travel period, wear compression garments. If there is a time zone change to negotiate get on the new time zone as soon as you get on the plane.
I have also had some success using Melatonin to get back into normal sleep patterns once I arrive at my destination.

I also like to travel with CMD – Concentrated Mineral Drops – Elete Electrolyte to keep my balancing minerals all topped up.
