    SWIMMING OVERVIEW

    The first discipline in a triathlon. Craig explains how to craft a swim workout, from the warm up, through to the main set and cool down. He also details the specifics and purpose of the main set.

    This is a critical part of any build up. From getting in and out the water, sighting, and using your wetsuit. This will help build your confidence levels to stay relaxed when the gun goes off.

Frequently asked questions
What level of fitness do I need to be in order to start a program?
People of all abilities can train under our programs. As a guide for the Olympic Distance programs, we advise that people should be able to swim for 10 minutes, ride for 30 minutes and run for up to 15 minutes before beginning any of the programs. As a guide for the Half Ironman programs, we advise that people should be able to swim for 20 minutes, ride for 60 minutes and run for up to 30 minutes beginning any of the programs. As a guide for the Ironman programs, we advise that people should be able to swim for 30 minutes, ride for 90 minutes and run for up to 45 minutes beginning any of the programs. Please remember that these programs are based on your time availability not your level of ability. If you are unsure about your level or fitness then please consult your healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
Once I have purchased a program, how long does it take till I get access to the program?
You will get immediate access to your training program(s). As soon as the payment is complete you will be sent two emails, one with your login details, and another with the receipt of your purchase(s). You will then have complete access the program(s) you have purchased right away. If you do not receive these emails after 10-15 minutes then please remember to check your junk mail.
How long do I get access to the program(s) for?
You will have lifetime access to the program(s) that you have purchased. That means that you can start the program(s) anytime you wish and train under the program(s) as many times as you want.
What is the best viewing platform for the programs?
Yes the website is mobile responsive. However due to the site having a range of HD Videos, we strongly recommend that best viewing is from a desktop or tablet device.
If I have any questions about a program, is there anyone that I can speak to?
