this one is for the dad`s
(and for all THE CLEVER COUCH WRITERS that write and talk about how they are crazy)
well….these 4 are really crazy, and very different persons.
I have worked with them on / off for over 5 years
they have all started as normal amateurs
and in my eyes they still are
but they have become very fast
2 of them qualified to Kona
two of them became ITU world champ (amateur)
two went to the worlds in 70.3
one became national 70.3 champ
one did power numbers on sa Calobra (famous climb in spain) that matches pro
one simply went with the fastest pro´s and went sub 30 on the same climb, …..and i could go on.
BUT THE POINT IS
THEY ARE ALL GREAT DADS
HOW DO I KNOW THAT?
I HAVE SEEN THAT
AND THEY ALL KNOW, THAT I WOULD NOT WANT IT ANY OTHER WAY,
else the results are nothing worth.
so yes….you can become great in triathlon
and be a great dad…and husband
HERE IS TO THE DADS, that know how to keep the balance.
i salute you, Coach Frank
