Training Programs

People of all abilities can train under our programs. As a guide for the Olympic Distance programs, we advise that people should be able to swim for 10 minutes, ride for 30 minutes and run for up to 15 minutes before beginning any of the programs. As a guide for the Half Ironman programs, we advise that people should be able to swim for 20 minutes, ride for 60 minutes and run for up to 30 minutes beginning any of the programs. As a guide for the Ironman programs, we advise that people should be able to swim for 30 minutes, ride for 90 minutes and run for up to 45 minutes beginning any of the programs. Please remember that these programs are based on your time availability not your level of ability. If you are unsure about your level or fitness then please consult your healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
You will get immediate access to your training program(s). As soon as the payment is complete you will be sent two emails, one with your login details, and another with the receipt of your purchase(s). You will then have complete access the program(s) you have purchased right away. If you do not receive these emails after 10-15 minutes then please remember to check your junk mail.
You will have lifetime access to the program(s) that you have purchased. That means that you can start the program(s) anytime you wish and train under the program(s) as many times as you want.

Sansego Club

We welcome people of all ages, levels and abilities to join the Sansego Club website. Whether you are a first timer, weekend warrior, an experienced age grouper, or a professional athlete, we will welcome you with open arms.
You will get immediate access to the Sansego Club website. As soon as the payment is complete you will be sent two emails, one with your login details, and another with the receipt of your purchase(s). The Club website is a monthly subscription based website, which costs $25 per month. You will get access to this site while you are paying this monthly subscription.

Craig and the coaches will be on the private forums to answer all of your questions. They will be producing fresh library content so that you will be always learning. Also once a month Craig will conduct a 60 minute team video session where you can speak with him LIVE on video and ask him absolutely anything.
Yes the team video sessions will be catered to different time zones. And if you happen to miss one of these sessions, don't worry because we will have all video sessions recorded which you can watch anytime you like.
It is very easy to cancel your subscription to the club. There is no lock in contract at all. Simply send us an email to club@sansego.co and tell us that you would like to "CANCEL YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP". We will then cancel your subscription asap.

Coaching

We welcome people of all ages, levels and abilities to the personalized coaching arm of Sansego. Whether you are a first timer, weekend warrior, an experienced age grouper, or a professional athlete, our coaches can work with people of all levels.
Yes, you can either choose your preferred coach, or be assigned a coach by the Sansego team.
You will get access to your coach within 48hrs, but most of the time they will reach out to you within 24hrs. As soon as the payment is complete you will be sent two emails, one with a link to an athlete questionnaire which MUST be filled out, and another with the receipt of your purchase(s). If you do not receive these emails after 10-15 minutes then please remember to check your junk mail.
Coaching can be provided to you for whatever time period you need, whether it is for 3 months or an entire season. We do have a minimum commitment of 3 months. The coaching service is a month to month service. You will get access to a coach while you are paying this monthly payment.
Personalized coaching is an in depth process. We believe that it takes 3 months for the coach and the athlete to work effectively together in order to make sufficient progress.

Yes, but Craig is only coaching a few selected professional athletes at this stage.
It is very easy to cancel your personalized coaching service. Simply send us an email to coaching@sansego.co and tell us that you would like to "CANCEL YOUR COACHING SERVICE" or you can just tell your coach. We will then cancel your coaching service asap.

Camps

Yes, we will be running a range of camps around the world. These will be listed on our website at www.sansego.co/camps
Yes we are more than willing to come to you if it works with location, time schedule, etc. Please email us at camps@sansego.co in order to discuss further.

Payments & Credit Cards

Our currency of transaction is US Dollars (USD).
We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Sansego values your privacy. We work hard to ensure that your details are secure and we will never share them with any other third party unless required to do so by law. We use SSL technology to ensure your transaction is secure by encrypting communications between you and our servers.
When you card is about to expire, or a payment fails, you will receive a notification with a link to update it. If you get a new card and need to update it with us prior to a notification, please email us at support@sansego.co and we will send you an email with a link to do this.
If you are on monthly subscription payments, your first payment will be deducted as soon as you first sign up. After that, each monthly subscription payment will be deducted on the same calendar date each month until you decide to stop the subscription to that service.
If a payment is failed, you will not have access to your service. In order to resolve the issue you will need to contact us at support@sansego.co
All receipts/invoices will be automatically emailed to you after each successful payment.

Privacy & Security

The information you provide in the 'Payment Checkout' section of the site, such as your name, email address, and credit card details is private and no one has access to this information. The information provided in the 'My Profile' section of the Sansego Club website such as your results, is only viewable by other members of the club website. We do not use members photos, stats or personal information without consent, or unless members themselves have chosen to make them publicly available. We often publish information and photos about the winners of giveaways, but only after they have agreed that we do so. The Sansego website is private and secure and we take protecting your privacy and information very seriously.
Once logged in there is a "My Account" tab at the very top right of the website. Hover over this tab and click on the "Change Password" tab/link. Enter your desired NEW Password twice and then click on the "Reset My Password" button. Once this is complete your new password will be active.
Simply go to the Members Login page www.sansego.co/member-login and click on the link "Forgot Your Password". This will then take you to a page where you will enter your email address and a new password link will be resent to your email account, where you will create a brand new password.
