"The sessions that we are sharing with you are those that I have used throughout my career, many of which have been developed with the team of coaches here at Sansego.

They are simple in design but effective. The sessions have a range of purposes, and can be applied at different periods of your training in order to develop specific aspects of cycling. Personally these sessions have been instrumental in my preparation over many race seasons.

You will have access to all 4 sessions. I will guide you on how to perform each session and make suggestion of when to incorporate into your training routine. I use these trainer sessions all year round, even during the summer months. Some training is so specific it is best achieved on a trainer where you can accurately and safely control the parameters.
